Job description
For our yearbooks, daily news letter and other publications REP is looking for a native (American) English editor with experience in real estate publishing. The editor reports to the editor in chief.
As an editor of REP you are (end)responsible for:
- editing and commissioning articles for our various publications,
- editing the digital daily newsletter
- conducting interviews
- aggregating news on events, conferences and fairs for website and publications
- coordinating the proofreaders
- editorial production according to planning
Requirements
a relevant degree at college or university level
- evident affinity with the real estate sector
- a minimum of 4 years' experience as an editor for commercial magazines
- an excellent command American-English (oral and written)
- preferable a native American-English speaker
- a flexible mentality
- able to meet deadlines
- planning and organizing skills
- preferably a resident of the Haaglanden region in the Netherlands
