Job description
A finance professional is required to join this international property consultancy. The responsibilities of this role is to ensure that your client?s Real Estate finances are managed, reported and forecasted so that the portfolio can be planned and managed to provide optimal support to your clients business at optimal cost. Their global real estate portfolio consists of mixed office, technical and manufacturing space across over 100 countries. Key duties will include; Management of the clients real estate finances on a global level - balance sheet, P&L, providing financial advice to the senior Management Team, ensuring compliance with your clients corporate process, financial timetable and corporate policy, reviewing and managing annual budgets and to continuously monitor spend against budget, management of the finance team and financial performance across the account. Your previous experience must include working across a multi-country account, strong real estate financial accounting and reporting experience, exposure to and reporting of capital projects, budgets and forecasting and knowledge of auditing and Sarbanes Oxley process and compliance. The successful candidate will have a professional financial qualification, be degree educated, be confident in a client facing role with exceptional communication skills and have experience in multi-country account setting. Knowledge of a second language highly desirable.
