Job description
Client Project Manager Starting salary £35,724, with progression through contribution related pay to £41,112 per annum 37 hours per week Based at Sessions House, Maidstone
If you?re an ambitious and talented building professional eager to make a profound impression, this is your chance to get involved in a range of work that is unique. Covering a diverse area of some 3,500 square miles, Kent is England?s largest Local Authority. Given this fact, it?s hardly surprising that we now have three times as many projects on site as any other Council in the country.
From schools to residential care homes to libraries and from sensitive restorations of listed buildings to complex new community hubs, there is, quite simply, a whole lot more for ambitious professionals to get their teeth into.
Bring us an impressive track record and experience as a Building or Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager, and we can offer you a level of autonomy and hands-on responsibility that you?re unlikely to have experienced before, not to mention opportunities to broaden your skills and develop your career that are truly second-to-none.
This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Criminal Records Bureau.
