Job description
The rating and taxation team of a property consultancy are seeking a qualified rating surveyor to join their highly successful, motivated team which is consistently one of the most profitable service lines within the company: (10 fee earners billing c. £4.5m). Offices form the foundation of their success where they act for such companies as PWC, Clifford Chance, Reuters, London Stock Exchange, Canary Wharf and Bank of England. They have a significant retail client base acting for the likes of HSBC, Monsoon, Early Learning Centre and Majestic Wine. Industrial and specialist classes are also represented in the form of airports, hotels and several London Boroughs.
Brief Summary of Duties:
? Working within a team of rating specialists.
? Immediate opportunities to work with and manage blue chip rating clients
? Negotiating rating appeals on a wide range of properties in London & South East
? Actively seeking and pursuing new business opportunities
? Constantly looking to innovate and exceed clients expectations
Qualifications/Experience Preferably Required:
MRICS qualified (or within 6 months of sitting APC)
Rating Experience.

? Strong individual work ethic, but always as part of a team
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills
? Ability to work to strict deadlines and to prioritize a sometimes heavy workload
? Attention to detail is crucial
? Commercially aware and credible in front of clients
? Confident and assertive
? Good sense of humour
Salary Range: From £30,000 + benefits.
