Job description
Wij zoeken een man of vrouw die onze publicitaire en promotionele activiteiten gaat uit voeren uiteenlopend van verzending van onze uitgaven in print en digitaal tot en met het organiseren van beursbezoeken.

Functie inhoud

  • Voert campagnes uit, samen met coördinator marketing & distributie
  • Zorgt voor de teksten, het opmaken, drukken en verzenden van mailings
  • Vertegenwoordigt de organisatie tijdens beurzen en zorgt voor de bouw en inrichting van de stand
  • Verzorgt hotels en vervoer
  • Verzendt uitgaven naar beurzen en conferenties
  • Verzendt uitgaven naar bestellers via website, boekhandels of op aangeven van collega's.
  • Verzendt de dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse redactionele digitale uitgaven.
  • Zorgt dat de online bookstore actueel blijft, plaats nieuwe boeken en zorgt voor inkoop van boeken van derden.

    • Requirements

     

    • HBO opleiding
    • Minstens 1 jaar ervaring met regelen van beurzen en conferenties
    • Ervaring met online-marketing
    • Beheersing Nederlandse en Engelse taal en bij voorkeur andere moderne talen
    • Commercieel, communicatief en accuraat
    • Flexibel, representatief en organisatorisch sterk
