Job description
SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR - Award Winning International Property Consultancy - Glasgow - £30 - £35k, Car Allowance, 25 days Holiday, Private Healthcare, Discounted Gym Membership, Bonus, Life Insurance and Interest Free Travel Loan.

As a key member of their Glasgow team, you will provide a wide range of Professional Building Surveying services to their varied and prestigious client base. You will be involved with both Commercial and Public Sector instructions ranging in value from £10k to £5m.
The successful candidate will be an MRICS Building Surveyor, having been employed within a similar organisation, providing a range of professional Building Surveying services. It is essential that you have strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of client facing experience.
