Job description
Specialising in a broad range of General Practice services, this department's main focus is to offer Real Estate solutions to leading Financial Institutions. With a prestigious client base this global consultancy has an enviable reputation in the market. Due to expansion within the Corporate solutions team, they are seeking to attract further talent. In particular they have an immediate requirement for a Commercial Property Manager,the main focus of the role will be to Manage a Commercial portfolio for an International occupier. Your key duties will include:
- Negotiating Lease Renewals
- Managing the Rent Reviews process to ensure Property Costs are maintained at the correct level
- Act as an Asset Manager - implementing strategies for Investment Opportunities
- You will be the sole point of contact and account manager for any Property related Queries
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate strong experience of working within a consultancy environment and dealing with day to day Management duties. An MRICS Property Manager is desired however this is not essential - a proven track record of increasing value to an existing portfolio is more desirable.
