Job description
Our client is a well established firm of chartered quantity surveyors in central London. They now have an opportunity for an M & E Quantity Surveyor to join their London office to work as part of a small team. You will need to be at either Graduate M & E Quantity Surveyor level with some post graduate experience or experience as an M & E Quantity Surveyor during your Degree or be up to Chartered level with a small amount of post qualification experience. You will have the opportunity of becoming MRICS qualified if you are not chartered already and you will be involved in doing both pre and post contract work. You will work on a good variety of projects for large retail clients, large residential clients, some complex financial services related projects and others and good further training will be given as required. Your background will be with either a firm of PQS or a Building Services contractor and you will need to have a Degree in either Quantity Surveying, Building Services Engineering or equivalent subject. This is a friendly firm of PQS who work hard but reward hard work.
