Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic practice in their busy Bristol office. This independent company, established over 30 years ago, is renowned across the UK for their vision and high quality service in fit-outs/refurbishments within the catering sector.
This role offers a key role within this busy organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to assist a long-standing project manager to produce cost plans for various projects between the value of £100K and £300K. You will also work closely with designers to write specification of works and provide technical information (especially during the early stages of projects).
Candidates are preferred to have relevant project management experience in either catering, office, hotel or retail sectors. You are also required to have a strong technical understanding of CDMs, health/safety and legal procedures.
